2. We process personal data provided to us by Customers in a manner consistent with the scope of consent granted by Customers and legal requirements, in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR".
3. You have full access to your data for the purposes of verification, modification, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and the right to transfer your data or request its deletion. In the event of unlawful processing by the Controller, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the appropriate supervisory authority.
4. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of:
- execution of the order in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;
- fulfillment of tax obligations in accordance with Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR;
- establishing, pursuing or defending against claims, which is our legitimate interest in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR;
- conducting e-mail correspondence and providing responses, which is our legitimate interest in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
5. Your personal data may be made available to the following categories of recipients: external courier, postal, IT, accounting and legal companies, and in cases where the obligation to disclose them results from applicable legal provisions.
6. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organization.
7. Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to properly achieve the purposes specified in point 6 and will be deleted after this period.
8. Providing personal data is a condition for order fulfillment. Failure to provide personal data will result in the inability to fulfill the order.
